Wow~

hee~...

my last blog entry was almost months ago...?

paiseh arh~

was too pre-occupied by my craze with maplestory....
like wad sueanne said in her blog....

Maplestory = No Life~!

highly true lor...
was so hooked on the game...
everytime i'm home....

the moment i turn on my pc...
is check my emails and log on to maplestory...

anyway, haiz.... although got my 2nd Sergeant rank liaoz n finally downgraded...
now got new obstacle for mi to overcome at my workplace...

it's the BMI...

clearance for bmi is 27pts....
i'm 32 now lor...

haiz...
although i was 33 last yr.... but still not enuff~
nid to lose more weight n burn all my freaking fats away~!

how much i nid to lose....
probably... enuff to remove a fenzzy out of my body?
haiz....

and i also hope to clear my Licentiate Diploma for my Bass Trombone practical exam by this year end...

then next yr concentrate on my theory grade7 and grade 8 after that...
then on paper wise... i'm clear to 2WO.... just nid to wait for my time to b promoted rank by rank...

1.5yr to 1SG then 3yrs to SSG then 4 yrs to MSG.....

but haiz.... nid to clear BMI or it's O.U.F. for mi~!
no premium plan 2...

btw, all saf regulars(WOSE) are on a contract scheme called premium plan...
Premium Plan 1(PP1) is the first 10 yrs of service...

during the 9th->10th yr.... if SAF feels tt ur alright to keep,
they offer you the stage 2 of the contract which is Premium Plan 2(PP2)....
which is suppose to last till the retirement age of 55....

pls Lord~! let me lose weight~!

my colleagues have all started running, jogging, brisk walking....
and they also pulled mi along to join them...

some of my colleagues were unfortunate to b not offer the PP2...
so it's goodbye to some of them this yr~

haiz...
after so many yrs of training them, paying for their exams n courses...
they're asked to leave...

and wad next? bringing in more fresh bloods to cover up the empty slots...
how many yrs will ir take to bring the new guys to reach the standard of the old?

if the new are better then the old to start with... maybe immediately?
but wad if the old is good, and the new one is of no standard...?

won't the vision of becoming a world-class band be further delayed?
(* point to note.... these are just my personal thoughts, at no point of time should these be used in any evidence of persecution against me~!)

i must agree that there are some tt really works hard for the band, which deserves to stay but can't... cos they dun meet the non-musical aspects of the SAF requirements....

well, tt's just life isn't it~?
life ain't a peach...

but wad abt those tt others comments tt "they" shldn't be in the band but could stay on cos they managed to get all their clearance and certs in time?

as i quote an officer of mine, certs cant proved tt ur a better player~

but we're living in S'pore... Certs is everything~

and MOST importantly...
i FREAKING hell need to LOSE my FATS~!
