Hi all~
First I like to inform everyone is that, I have gone thru abt 2/3 of my MC….
Hee~
Tt means I left one more week of mc before going back to work after the 22nd Jan…
Hmm..
Yup, I got 19 days mc…
How I got it?
Well, I was warded into the hospital on the 4th jan to do a MRI scan…
Wad’s MRI? It’s Magnetic Resonance Imaging…
It’s like an xray but using magnetic wave to scan the body..
So the MRI was for my lower back…
For those who knows me, I’m seeing a doctor for my back pains…
So I was discharged on the 5th Jan, and the doctor that discharge me, gave me 19days mc from 4th – 22nd jan..
He didn’t tell me abt the mc, but when the nurse that came to settle the discharge papers with me, he told me that this is my mc, I got warded on 4th, discharge on 5th, and the mc is valid for 19days…
Then I was blur blur… huh? Mc got valid one meh? I tot mc is mc lor…. Still got date of valid? Then I see the mc… then I saw, unfit for work for 19days from 4th till 22nd jan…
I was like fu~wahhhh~! I ask the nurse, u mean I got 19 days mc…. Unbelieveing wad I saw in the paper in my own hands…. N it had my name n ic number on it..
Hee~
Doing the mri as in-patient was a smart choice~ hee~
Anyway…
So I’ve been slacking at home… my officer came to visit me at home, cpt chua n 2wo ong….
Playing maplestory every nite from 12am till morning abt 6am or 10am
Then sleep, waking up at noon ard 4-6pm…
Haiz… so fast, 2 weeks have passed…
1 more week, and I got to go back to work..
kind of missed work, camp, my bed in camp…

oh yah, my new trademark smiley….. ^_^v or v^_^ ….
My trademark, cos of something I did when during the charity concert last year….
Ok lah, nothing much to say for now…

My back, the disc ard 3/4 n 4/5 is pinching on the nerve…. Tt’s y it costing the pain..
If it worsen, I might lose the ability of my lower limbs…
Means I cant walk, run, move abt, or even the having the ultimate pleasure of life~!
Haiz~ stress~ hope my back wont worsen lor~!!!!
CNY coming… then aft that… I’ll start to X’mas mood for 10months~ hahahahah~

Did a long blog abt my trip....
elsie stayed on the nite we came back from the trip..
so she's spending new year's eve with me.... yeah~!
our first time spending it together...
31st Dec 2004
slept till noon of new yr's eve...
went to orchard with my bro to pay a citibank loan....
then went back home...
told elsie to order pizza for lunch...
pizza arrived at abt 5pm..
had pizza...
then see her play play maple story...
slept...
then elsie told me.. she's staying tonite again... yet... tt means she's spending new yr's day with me too~
we couldnt bear to leave one another... especially aft spending so many nite n days with one another...
normally she couldnt stay out of her house...
so i woke up ard 1145pm... on tv... eh no countdown arh?
heard from my online frens later tt it's the government way of showing respect for those mourning for the tsunami victims...
poor things... some under water earthquake at 9.0... happened on 26th dec.... stress.... causing gigantic tsunami waves... hitting most coastal places like new delhi, phuket, penang? singapore was lucky to have so many surrounding neighbours....
they acted like natural water barriers for singapore...
showered... watch tv... 'interview with a vampire'
then elsie played maple story till 5+am again...

HAPPY NEW YEAR Everyone~!
woke up ard 1-2pm again...
ate the left over pizza for lunch..
watch dvd, brotherhood of the wolf...
then pokemon - jirachi wish maker...
then took a nap... cuddled elsie...
woke up at 1030pm... then elsie packed her bag...
send her to my house d/stair where she took a cab back home...
went to get supper with my bro...
then watched one of stephen chow's old movie.... ' back to school - part 1'
watch tv... started writing this 2 entrys for my blog...
ok lah.... tt's all for the last yr.... n let move on to this new year 2005~!
still waiting for my new cases to complete making n ship to me....

passed my theory grade6… lol…
it’s saf bands 10th anniversary…
the anniversary concert at esplanade hall…
a concert with frank ticheli
a jazz concert with some of singapore’s jazz greats…
Singapore Trombone Choir had their inaugural concert….
It’s the performing wing of the Trombone Society, Singapore
Got my monette prana mouthpiece for a yr liaoz~
Sold my bam trombone gig bag to order new ones from marcus bonna…
Elsie got a own getzen trb….
Had a few gigs here and there…
Signed a contract to take the brass section of a sec sch…
Went on a year-end trip with my dearest meow….~
Year end trip…
What a nice and relaxing way to end the year…
Went for a short trip….
Left for Genting Highlands on 26th Dec….
Got thru the JB customs 2nd link at 12midnite…
Not feeling well… wondering if it’s the hotplate I had for lunch..
Breaking out a cold n fever….

Felt weaker n weaker during the journey…
Had supper at Ayer Hitam…
Reach First World Hotel at abt 6am?
Had hot chocolate at starbucks….
Then walk thru the cold corridor to the hotel we’re going to stay at…
Resort Hotel…
1st world hotel rooms is newer but crammy….
Resort hotel’s room space ok, but got 2 queen side beds…
Still too early to check in..
So we sat at the coffeebean….
Slept till 930am then khoo n ginny started queueing to check in…
I still not feeling well… so I slept till they settled the procedures….
Got our rooms at 1030am…. We at 16144, ginny n khoo at 16146…
We slept till abt 230pm n headed for lunch…
Elsie n I took our lunch at Kenny Rogers… cos just 2 weeks b4 she went to Malacca with her sch…. Then saw the pamplet for Kenny rogers but didn’t have a chance to try…
So this time round, she die die must try…. Hahahahhaa…
The Kenny rogers working system differ from singapore’s….
For those who been to sg’s noe how we work..
Then for our Malaysian counter-parts…. It like going into a restaurant….
U sit down… look thru the menu and the waiter comes n take ur orders…
So we ordered the chessy spag with ¼ chix, bolognaise spag with ¼ chix, hot potato jacket with 3 side dishes…
The food sure took a long time to arrive… cos is u order liao then they cook…. Unless singapore’s… almost like fast food….
Then by the time our food got to us… it’s quite cold liaoz…
The chix herby taste is more sourish then singapore’s…
The hot side dishes are also cold liaoz…
Is it the climate? The temp of the surroundings?
Anyway… the bill came… and I pay for it…
Elsie n I walked round the indoor theme park…
Too late to try out the outdoor stuffs… so many pple…
We bought 2 tixs to watch phantom of the opera…
830pm show…
then we took the wormy monorail ride… brings u round the indoor n outdoor theme parks…
the flying coaster looks fun… but not worth the price now… cos it’s just launched this dec’04….
Then we go back hotel room n rest b4 going out for the movie later….
Ginny n khoo just came back too…
Told them abt the Kenny rogers… show them the receipt for it then realized tt the waiter took the wrong receipt to me… hahaha…
So be abt 45-50 ringgits… I ended only paying 30.10ringgits… n I gave him 2.20ringgit as tips… hahahah~!
Left the rm at 8pm n went over for the movie…
Ooh~ I love the way phantom was made…
It’s like a closer look at the whole story..
I watch the musical when it was in Singapore in march 1995? At kallang theatre….
The aria ‘think of me’ has a different cadenza at the end… was surprised by it… refreshing…. Hahaha~
Phantom looks like Antonio Banderas…. Hee~
Sad ending…. Phantom in hiding, christine’s dead, raoul is old…
Ooh~ and Meg Giry…. I didn’t noe is a blonde with huge shalfed up in ur face knockers…
The show ended abt 11pm… we had dinner at kryos kebab…. Another mistake… the kebab meat so dry like bah-kua~!
Walked abt… went to buy Baskin Robbins Ice Cream… 3 scoops… strawberry, cookie ‘n cream, and chocolate with hazelnut… so good~!
Went back rm…. Showered… elsie fell asleep while I was watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on tv…. The next show was Ghostship… I didn’t noe… cos I went out to the lift lobby to smoke… came back started showing liaoz…. I got the disc… elsie told me to buy tt time… but the irony of it is she wanted to watch but I didn’t want to watch tt time… now I ended up watching it with her sleeping besides me… hahahah~
Heard next door, ginny n khoo just came back from the casino…. Went over to their rm to watch ghostship n smoke…
Then after the show, went to sleep…

woke up at abt 930am..
since stayed for a nite only… didn’t really took out a lot of things.. so I packed my bag rather quick…
then mi n elsie went down to check out both the rms… while waiting for ginny n khoo…
then we had breakfast at the noodle place….
Took the Genting Skyway down to the middle of the mountain… and took a coach to KL…
We’re staying at the new Berjaya Times Square…. It’s a rather new hotel/convention centre/shopping centre/indoor theme park/imax theatre…..
Check into our rooms at abt 230pm…
Went toilet then went out with the other couple to look for a place to have lunch…
We settled for ramen… aft the meal, we bought 4 tixs to watch polar express…
Elsie n I watch b4 on normal cinema… but I dun mind watching it 3d on a big screen..
Then it’s r ‘n r…. rest n relax… went back to the hotel to use the toilet again…
Walk abt the shopping centre… only went thru 2 storeys b4 going to meet ginny n khoo to watch the movie…
Cool….
Aft the show, went out of the hotel… went to the night makan place opp. BB plaza…
I bought some comics along the way…
The 4 of us bought 4 ramly burgers, bbq chix wings, n R$30+ worth of lok-lok per couple…
Wad’s lok-lok? It’s basically mobile streamboat makan…. The ingredients are all poked onto satay sticks… then diff food got diff price… so it’s abt R$1.5-2.5/stick…
Aft u selected what u want, then u dump them into a hot boiling pot of soup stock cum streamboat…. Then u either eat on the spot or u can packet back… then the aunty will count the sticks n charge u accordingly…
So we packet all the foods… n happily went back to my rm to eat… while watching khoo’s Ghost in the Shell vcd….
Oh yes… the rm is damn happening in this hotel…. Got 21” tv, hifi/vcd/mp3 player….
Shower and bathtub….
We staying the deluxe suite… 53+ square metres…..
Got pantry, dining area, living rm… bedrm… like a mini apartment…
But the pantry got a sink, bar fridge n hot flask only…
No microwave?
By the time the show ended.. it abt 130am…
Went to the lift lobby to smoke with khoo…
Then went back to my room to watch ‘late night show with david letterman’…
Sianz… only got tv1, tv2, ch7 n some channel… mostly malay programs… and the last show on tv is dave letterman… although I like to watch it… but it ends at 245am… n no more program aft tt… sianz….
So showered n crept to bed n slept…..

woke up at 1130am…. Took a cab to KLCC…
it free to go up to the connecting bridge n take pictures…. But it’s limit to a number of guests per day… although it’s open from 9am-5pm… but u need to get the tickets to go up… normally at 9am got a lot of pple queueing for the tixs liaoz…. Sianz….
So by the time we got there, no more tixs liaoz…
We went to have lunch at California pizza kitchen…
Then walked over to Hard Rock Café at Concorde Hotel…
I had abt R$700+ in the morning… aft HRC, I left abt 100+ only… hahahah~
Bought 2 t-shirts for my parents, then bought 2 t-shirts, 2 bears, 2 pins n 6 luggage tags… the tags I intend tto give my other trb regs…
Then took the KL Monorail back to the hotel…. My hotel got a station… Inbi…
Ginny n khoo also just came back from their shopping…. They bought 2 pairs of shoes from this sport shop…. 4 pairs plus a jersey… total only R$550….
Then we went to the indoor theme park together… cheong straight to the indoor roller coaster…. Shiok~!!!!!!
Then took the orbiting spinner, where it climbs up 5 storeys n start spinning…
Then me n elsie tooked a ride tt’s similar to the dragon ride from the Asian Village in Sentosa…
While ginny n khoo took the ride called DNA mixer…. The rides like a gigantic washing machine… spin u until u puke… hee~
Then elsie n me took the octopus ride…. Something like disco teacups but swing up n down also…
Elsie n I took the octopus n the orbit spinner 1 more times then went back to the hotel room….
Before going out to the makan place opp. BB plaza…
Bought 2 burger, dim sums, la la omelette, and frog porridge with century egg…
Watch tv n eat… watch david letterman then pack my bags, bath and slept…

Woke up at 930am…
Washed up, n checked out of the rm..
Left our bags with the bellboy..
Went to Sungei Wang… had lunch at delifrance…
Bought 2 t-shirts… elsie chose 1 with astroboy n another from Von Dutch…
I chose one with a cartoon Optimus Prime, and another with Megatron….
Bought the Mr Bean bear….
Then went back to times square, to buy a pair of nike shoes each… I got 2 jerseys… a man U white n england red….
Hee~ reach back at the bellboy counter at 215pm… bus arrived at 230pm…
The coach picked the 4 of us first before going to the transtar office to pick the rest…
I asked the driver got kung fu hustle… got… hee watch tt on the way out of KL…
Reach Ayer Hitam for lunch/dinner… at abt 6pm…
Reach jb 2nd link custom at abt 8pm….
Singapore custom jammed…
Arrive at lavender mrt at 10pm…
Took a cab home….
Showered n slept…
But elsie played maple story till 5am……
